Refund and Cancellation Policy

• Transaction initiated by anyone, if, does not result into a Success Transaction and Success Transaction receipt is not viewed by the Transaction Performer then the Transaction will not be considered as a complete transaction. In such scenario, Transaction amount debited from your Bank/Card account will be refunded by your Bank/Card issuing Bank within 3-4 days. In case Transaction Performer does not view the Success Receipt then he/she needs to re-initiate the transaction or pay through other modes.
• In the event that incorrect transactions are entered by the Transaction performer, Tamilnadu Nurses and Midwives Council will not have liability thereof.
